Proof of Concept (PoC)

A Proof of Concept is the process to verify the feasibility of the TIBCO solution and its linkage to customer value (aligned with CVR output). It is an implementation of use cases in the test plan onsite. This event is the final stage in the decision process. It is used to meet the decision criteria set forth by the Economic Buyer during the Go/No-Go conversation.

It shows that TIBCO can solve the customer's pain. It is a tangible quantification of the impact with real metrics to support the value defined in the Collaborative Value Review. The PoC links technical use cases that were proven in the client’s or a reference customer’s environment with financial value cases described in the CVR.
